Bearberry or Upland cranberry has a long history of medicinal use in lower urinary tract complaints such as cystitis and dysuria thanks to its highly effective antimicrobial and mild diuretic properties.

Devil's claw is a well known anti-inflammatory agent in cases of chronic inflammation - especially of the liver and pancreas. Liquorice root is highly efficient as an anti-spasmodic and in cases where adrenal fatigue and cortisone imbalance is responsible for pain and inflammation. All our modern aspirin products were originallyderived from Willow bark, as such is still the most natural form available.

Please use in conjunction with UriCLEAR no.1 when any urinary tract infections are experienced.

Quinores in Pau d' Arco are chemically reactive as oxidants and anti-bacterial. Black sea Walnut shows great antimicrobial activity. Golden seal is known for its anti-inflammatory action. Olive leaf assists the body with its anti-bacterial properties.

Horsetail helps with inflammation in the lower urinary tract, kidney gravel and post-traumatic and static oedema. Barberry has a high berberine content which assists with kidneys and urinary tract amongst being an excellent anti-inflammatory.

African potato assists the body with prostate hypertrophy. Saw palmetto is used to treat urination problems associated with an enlarged prostate gland and has anti-inflammatory properties. Green tea contains tannins and their phenolic compounds has great diuretic effects. Billberry assists with circulation and has high Vitamin C quantities.

Warning: Buchu and Nettle may cause skin irritation when used in large dosages. Nettle has diuretic effects.

Support for an enlarged prostate gland.  Saw palmetto alleviates the symptoms of an enlarged prostate.  Several controlled clinical studies have shown significant improvement in the symptoms of prostate adenoma.  Complimentary herbs include Broom and African potato.

Golden rod is used as a diuretic and urinary antiseptic. Marshmallow root lubricates  the mucous membranes and inner layers of the kidneys. Bearberry contains Hydroquinone which is active against bacteria and fungi and has an antiseptic and astringent effect on the mucous membranes of the urinary tract. Supportive herbs include Nettle and Agrimony.

Bearberry has disinfectant and diuretic properties and contains Hydroquinone. Yarrow is an anti-inflammatory "cooling" herb. Supportive herbs include Basil, Celery, Lilly of the valley and Dandelion (a very strong diureticum).
